At the height of the Great Depression in the 1930s, President Franklin Roosevelt gave "fireside chats" over the radio to Americans. He talked about the Great Depression and the reasoning behind the New Deal and its policies.
The goal for my fireside chats will be to have a space to discuss fascinating historic figures and significant events through the year. I hope that these will be useful and interesting for everyone! Please reach out if you have any suggestions for a historical figure or event that would be good for a fireside chat!
